Founded in 2001 and based in Big Flats, NY with locations in State College, PA, Germany and Taiwan, Stan’s No Tubes is the leading player in tubeless technology for bicycles.  The Company’s tubeless tire sealant, tubeless-specific rim designs, wheels, and other accessories offer riders better traction, control, and comfort while preventing flat tires.  Stan’s is a global brand with distribution in nearly seventy countries serving OEMs, retailers, and end users.  Zabel is interested in add-on acquisitions of bike component and accessory manufacturers.

Founded in 2004 and based in Derby, CT, Frame It Easy is an online, tech-enabled, manufacturer of custom frames. The Company receives orders from consumer, commercial, and white label customers through its website and Amazon, and utilizes proprietary software integrated with custom equipment to efficiently manufacture and fulfill custom frame orders.  Zabel is interested in add-on acquisitions of online frame retailers and custom frame manufacturers.

Founded in 2001 and based in Charlotte, NC, New Market Waste Solutions is a refuse and recycling consulting and management services company that designs and implements sustainable cost saving solutions for its customers. The Company’s all-inclusive services include vendor selection, rate management, invoice management and document processing, optimization of trash and recycling services and management of vendor relationships. Zabel exited its investment in New Market Waste Solutions in 2023.

Located in Flemington, NJ, Medical Packaging Inc., LLC (“MPI”) was established in 1971.   MPI is a leading manufacturer of unit dose medication and pharmaceutical packaging and labeling systems, equipment, barcode labeling software, and consumable packaging materials.  MPI serves hospitals, extended care and long-term care facilities, drug repackagers, and small pharmaceutical manufacturers and contract drug manufacturers throughout North America, Latin and South America, Europe, the Middle East, and emerging markets.  Zabel is interested in add-on acquisitions of manufacturers and distributors of pharmaceutical packaging equipment and related consumables/ supplies.

Founded in 1965 and based in Bedford Hills, NY, Bedford Precision Parts LLC is a leading distributor and assembler of replacement parts, accessories and kits for the spraying equipment industry (paint, foam, industrial).  Examples of the Company’s product offering include packings, gaskets, fittings & adaptors, filters & strainers, regulators, valves, rods and comprehensive repair kits.  Bedford serves a diverse base of over 2,000 independent dealers, repair shops and paint stores located in all 50 states and 63 countries.  Zabel is interested in add-on acquisitions of distributors and manufacturers of aftermarket replacement parts (specifically reverse engineered parts for active, legacy, and out-of-warranty OEM equipment).

Founded in 1987 and based in Bethlehem, PA, Puritan is a manufacturer of high purity, custom‑blended and specialty chemicals.  These products are used in research and quality control applications and for manufacturing in the pharmaceutical, microelectronics and other industrial markets. Zabel exited its investment in Puritan Products in 2017.

Founded in 1992 and based in Mooresville, NC, Automotive Development Group (“ADG”) is a provider of consulting and compliance services and finance and insurance related products to automobile dealerships. ADG’s market leading offering includes sales training and human resources development, compliance training, vehicle service contracts, guaranteed asset protection plans, chemical warranties, tire and wheel protection plans and prepaid maintenance plans. Zabel exited its investment in ADG in 2016.

Based in Las Vegas, NV, Warner Holdings, LLC, doing business as Sun Valley Electric Supply Co. (“SVE”) and Energy Electrical Distribution (“EED”), is a wholesale distributor of electrical supplies and equipment to the oil & gas infrastructure and construction markets. SVE/EED offers a full and diverse line of products from industry leading OEMs and operates out of six locations in ND, NM, NV, TX, and UT. SVE/EED is led by a core team of industry veterans with over 100 years of collective experience distributing electrical products. Zabel exited its investment in SVE/EED in 2019.

Based in Laramie, WY, Centennial Woods, LLC reclaims and sells Wyoming snow fence materials for use in interior and exterior commercial and residential applications.  The Company’s exterior products include siding and soffits, and interior products include ceiling treatments, wall paneling, flooring, trim and wainscoting.  The Company’s products are also used for furniture, doors, window trim, cabinets and specialty fixture applications.  Zabel is highly interested in add-on acquisitions of companies in the reclaimed wood and sustainable building products industries.
