Flemington, NJ (June 10, 2021) – Medical Packaging Inc., LLC (MPI) has appointed John Zripko the new President/CEO of the company. An experienced business leader, John Zripko will succeed Andrew Bartels and assume responsibilities after a transition period.

MPI’s leadership transition is the result of a thoughtful approach to the succession plan for MPI put in motion with a partnership with The Zabel Companies in July 2020.  Andrew Bartels, after having served as President/CEO of MPI since 2007 as the second generation of family leadership of the company, will remain involved with MPI as an owner, in an advisory role and as a key member of the board of directors.

John has 30+ years of experience leading packaging companies serving the pharmaceutical, medical, food, and other industries while achieving sustained, profitable growth. John possesses a unique blend of financial, technical, and commercial skills and is an ideal fit for MPI.
